Why passenger transportation?
All Fahrwerk vehicles and drivers meet the requirements that must be fulfilled in the context of passenger transportation.
The type of employment of the driving personnel is also an important factor – Fahrwerk guarantees that all drivers are employed subject to social insurance contributions or have been classified as self-employed by the German Pension Insurance in the so-called status determination procedure.
Did you know…
- Vehicles that do not have the notation rental car in line 21 of the registration certificate (Part 1) cannot be used for passenger transportation? An exception is the short-term expansion of the vehicle fleet – this complex approval is only possible for a specific event.
- that all licensed motor vehicles must return to their place of operation after each journey, where each order must also be received? There is an exception if there is already a follow-up order before the end of the order.
- companies have to prove their suitability every five years through an elaborate procedure and review?
